At WOT in a 3rd gear pull i was reading around 1.10 volts from my O2 sensor through all RPM`s, am i running to rich or is my O2 sensor bad? Or is it just pointless to pay attention to it??

Tuning with a narrowband 02 sensor is hit or miss, at best. However, 02 values that high would definately be indicative of an overly rich condition.

Normally I just say "ignore it", but that's incredibly high! I'd say you might be a little rich. See any big clouds of black smoke behind the car when you go WOT?

umm i havent noticed, i turned down the WOT and MID nobs on my MAFT, and now my o2`s are down to .98 and sometimes a little higher at WOT, but im knocking more, im thinkin im running leaner than those o2`s are telling and i need a new o2 sensor and a wideband

I am currently having similiar issues. My O2's are reading around .98-1.00 when I go WOT. I have a GM MAFT blow-through setup. How exactly would a rich condition occur with a boost leak running the sensor so close to the TB?
I am also getting a Random Cylinder Misfire if I boost past 19 psi at about 6200 rpms. Would a rich condition amplified by the increased fuel pressure result in a high rpm misfire?

Thanks.
