Which wastegate for a t3/t4

Buying a t3/t4 hybrid 50 trim for my 94 tsi. Got tubular header with header mouted for external wastegate...Any suggestions, looking to run 400+whp

You're pretty much stuck with whatever wastegate the manifold is flanged for, unless you want to use an adapter. The larger the wastegate the lower the boost it can hold steadily. If you don't plan on running low boost then a 38mm would work fine. If you want to run like 8-10 psi, you might want to get something a little larger.

I think it is flanged for a 38 but with that setup how much boost could I safely run
