Which turbo timer

i will be buying a turbo timer is this weekend is this a good one, any other good ones i should get....... and i will be getting the harness.... and its easy to install right

You have a water-cooled turbo. You have no use for a turbo timer.

True, you never know when you'll be seized by the rapture and suddenly decide to shut the car off while the manifold's so hot that it's balooning with the pent-up gasses. After all, that urge to park can come on at just any time, and it can frequently be a blindsiding surprise.

Or, not.

The days of the oil-cooled Cannon turbo kits are long behind us. With the slightest modicum of consideration for driving a turbocharged engine whose spool is water as well as oil-cooled, a turbo timer is about as utilitarian as earrings.

As always, it's a personal choice. I can just conceive of better places in the car to put that hundred bucks. Your budget may vary.

I have the greddy and I am very fond of it. It looks nice. ( prob. the only distinguishing factor on a tt ) Easiest instal of any part next to my oil cap.

i have an apexi turbo timer..and i love the thing..it also has an a/f, o2, and volt readout..so if you need all that it's a pretty good deal..i think i got mine for like 100 bucks new....

Cool now i know not to worry about it cooling down now except for maybe hard runs. Good $100 saved too!
