I cannot decide on what headgasket setup to use. The block is a 4g63 bored .040 over. I put a stock mitsu composite on the block and it looks as if the bore is slightly too large for the headgasket as it hangs over the cylinder bore a little. I will be running a 65lb. min. turbo at around 30psi. The block and head have been machined smooth. Here are my options:
1.) Use a cometic .040 gasket and hope it seals.

2.) Could I use the 2.4l composite gasket since the bore is only .020 larger than mine?

3.) If the 2.4 gasket works would it be worth it to get the head o-ringed since i'll be running high boost?

4.) Does anyone run the stock composite or MLS on a .040 bore?

I hope someone can point me in the right direction because I want to finsh putting this engine together already.

With the boost you will be running I would really think about having the block o-ringed and use a cometic gasket.
