Where to find Apexi Twin Chamber Blow Off Valve Flange?

Does anyone on here know where to find a apexi twin chamber blow off valve flange? I am building my intercooler piping and need to find a flange.

OR. Another option is if it's a single hole inlet, you could measure the hole dimensions and bolt pattern to see if a shop can confirm if some other flange could do in it's place.
