General Where is the front O2 plug on a 2G?

I just put my manifold, turbo, intake, tb back on and my front o2 doesn't work, I tried a new o2 but that's not it. Where exactly is the harness connection for the front o2. And any other suggestions?

which harness connection are you referring to? Where the O2 plugs in under the hood? or where its located inside the car?

Sorry to be annoying, but do you mean right under the fuse box?

Literally just underneath and to the passenger side of the thermostat housing.
