where does a C bar go?

So I was looking at a strut bar kit and noticed 2 kits I liked.


the first kit came with the front and rear upper strut bars and a rear lower bar.

the second kit came with all that plus a C bar?

it says that the C bar goes right by the rear seats....but does anyone have a picture? and is the c bar really needed?

Here, these should help.. The c pillar bar is to help from upper body roll.. Not really useful unless you are doing some serious driving or just for show.

does brand matter like here are 2 brands..

9 times out of 10 you get what you pay for and also just a word of advice I would never buy any thing off Ebay when they don't have a picture of the product on OUR car one of out members on here got the b pillar harness bar that was cheap from ebay they never showed the product on OUR car and when he got it it didnt fit correctly and had to be welded and modified

There is a megan kit on ebay not much more than this one plus its at least a brand name. Your better off getting a known brand from a vendor so if there is problems you at least have that to fall back on
