where can I find torquing specs for the front Differential ring gear?

Im looking for the torquing specs for the front differential gear to the spider gears/Quaife. My jdm 91 vr4 transmission came with a Quaife, is that standard? I also need info on how to shimmy the gears, Thanks in advance.
