Turn the TCS up. But if is the TVR speed 12 just deal with it b/c you cant stop it even with the TCS is all the way up.

apparently theres a bug in the game, that wont allow you to use TCS with your gargage cars in 2 player mode. Which sucks because most are really powerfull.
