Whats the difference between these two intakes?

I am not sure the difference between these two k&n's and one is almost half the price. Is there any performance difference?

If you read the second one it has a filter bracet so that the filter is supported and doesn't lay on the inside of the fender. Besides the bracket and the shiney piece that says K&N I don't see a difference.

one is round while the other is oval -

id get the cheeper one myself.

Well I see that one comes with the 2g MAF adapter. The K&N one does not show it in the picture if it comes with it.

The second one has a larger filter. It's oval shaped.
