What Will These Motors/Transmissions Fit?

Get Mitsu Caps, You usually can find it on google. They give the part # for the short blocks.

Don't quote me on all of this,

Here are a few "Important short blocks part #'s.

Non Turbo 6 Bolt: MD136420 ( Should have the 9 to 1 pistons)
Turbo 6 Bolt: MD136421 (7.8 to 1)

Non Turbo 1G 7 Bolt: MD192470 ( also 9 to 1)
Turbo 1G 7 Bolt: MD192471 (7.8 to 1)

These blocks will look almost identical from the outside. The 7 bolt is not casted the same as the 2G 7 bolts, so they will not fit right ( They will need like a 6 bolt swap, - Water pump, and oil pump mostly)

2G Short Blocks

Early 2G Turbo 7 Bolt : MD314497 ( early like 95 only w/ good oil squirters and flange bearings)
2G Turbo 7 bolt : MD330756 (later with the press style, and possibly flange or thrust - seems like I have seen both)

Hope this helps with the ebay sale, those look nice.

Great info Jon!

Do you happen to know the part number for the late 2g blocks?
Like 1998-forward with split thrust?

Transmissions 2-4 are not even transmissions. They are selling torque converters but showing pictures of transmissions(Read the title and description).

Anyone see something wrong with the first three sentences from the ads?
This auction is for a Mitsubishi MD995364 Torq Convertor. This is a genuine surplus part. We do not know the spplication for these pistons.

I bought a replacement radio from them. They have a lot of old model motors that has never been in a car. I was just curious if any of them would be worth exploring for any project or is usable?
