What size and material for a foreward facing manifold?

So im gonna be fabbing up my own manifold for a foreward facing setup. Its gonna be using a new precision 46mm wastegate and running a Precision T67. Im also gonna be using a tradestone intercooler core and endtanks. But im not sure of what size and what material. I have a certified welder thats gonn abe doin my final welding. I was looking on the sponsors sites and saw ACE site and was looking on there and not sure what i need. Was thinkin 1.5" schedule 10 material. Any insight?

Gonna be like this, but this is the old stuff coming off the car just for fun to see how things would roughly fit.

Everybody uses 1.5 . I however would persanally use something bigger.. That is the ic & turbo you will be using ?
Looks like a 50trim & small ic to me .

No, its not the stuff ill be using. Im gonna using a DBB T67 and making my own FMIC.

Gonna be looking to make around 650whp

Well honesty I feel something bigger than 1.5 would be allot better in most cases. 1.5 seems small fir a ported head , 500whp+ car .. No proof but I bet a dyno would show!

I get my material, like others on here, from Ace Stainless. I would just stick with 1.5", its plenty big for what you are doing man.

Most people used 1.75" ID when I looked into it. I'm using 1.875" ID. My RRE head flange measured to 1.81". I wanted a small step after the flange to prevent reversion, so I'm alright with it being slightly larger.
