What ngk part #

I saw when I searched that BKR5E-11 are good for 2gnts but I have a feeling that person was wrong because 2gnt's arent on the compatibility list for those plugs

Does anyone know the best plugs for a 2gnt (420a 96 gs) ? Im not spraying or anything, just intake/exhaust.
