What is this flange called and anyone have it?

As i said before, I have no idea which car this is off of, but I would really appreciate it if i could buy it off of someone if they have it. I wouldnt mind having a cut out of the pipe or even the flange, anything so i can weld it to my 3inch downpipe in my starion to use a 16G turbo i have.
theres a photoschopped image i got from some guy selling a downpipe for a miata or something.

4 bolt o2 housing flange. That piece would bolt directly to the exhaust side of the 16g. Sorry though, I don't know where you can get one. Maybe find an o2 sensor housing from any turbo dsm and make your own?
