I just replaced, thermostat, fans, radiator, a couple hoses, reservoir, and temperature sensor and now my temperature gauge doesn't move resulting in the fans not coming on. The ecu reads constant 80 degrees and never goes up from there, but the engine itself seems like it is overheating. Also the overflow is boiling over and dumping all the coolant on the ground.

I thought the static temp for when the coolant temp sensor is not functioning was a lot lower than 80 degrees, but either way the fact that your coolant temp isn't changing does seem to likely indicate that's the issue. Definitely check the wiring around it as it's pretty easy for the wires to wear and break, or of course you may have just accidentally left it unplugged. It's the larger temp probe in the thermostat housing.

the inside gauge sensor and ecu input sensor are different, the one wire sensor is for inside gauge and the two wire is ecu input, the ecu input is what will turn the fans on. whats the ambient temp out side when you read the ecu? sounds like wiring, Usually a temp sensor fail it makes it extreme, like -30f or like +300f. why'd you replace all the other parts? were they failed or were you hoping they'd fix this problem?
