i was searching through the gallery and was wondering what bumper is this?
is it a laser one just cut up and repainted?

Looks like a well done "fiber glass" modified version of the stock bumper....

Nice nevertheless, but I don't think you can just find it with body kit vendors, your best bet will be to contact the car owner (if you can) and find out more from him.
