I just socketed my ECU today and put in a keydivers "stage 3" chip. It has a 8500 redline, stutterbox, no lift to shift( i didnt hook up the clutch cable yet though), knock sum gauge, 550 correction, 2g mas correction, and no feul cut, octane reset, and other good stuff.

My question is that after I put it in, I started the car, let it warm up for about 8-10 min, and took it out for a test run. I pulled 25-23 counts of knock at any throttle position less than WOT. If I was at WOT I had like 0-4 counts...I dont get it...my O2 was at .88v steady, my timing was 18-24 degrees, what could be causin my knock?

Did you have the chip set up to compensate for 2g maf, bigger injectors, or anything else? If so this will throw off the settings your ecu use to see and you'll just need to find out at what rpm's your seeing knock and adjust for it by adding some fuel with the safc and that should take away the knock. Even at low rpm's you can still see knock if the motor isn't getting enough fuel.
