weird idle problem when clutch is disengaged!!! Help

The car 1991 is a awd turbo

Well just picked up the car today and when i put the clutch in, it dies out at idle. The car really needs to be tuned it idles very high around 1500-2000 rpm but i dont think that has anything to do with it. Do these cars have a clutch booster? I think that if it did it was taken off and lines were blocked but now has a big boost leak and that could be causing it? Let me know, ive done research and couldnt find anything.

here is a mods list:

Apexi Super AFC(not hooked up), 3 1/2" GM Mass Air Sensor, MAF Translator, R-500 PLX, 255 Walbro fuel pump, Buschur SX fuel regulator, 550 cc injectors, Bushur 20g turbo, HKS 40mm wastegate, Bushur intercooler 2.5" mandrel bent piping, Greddy BOV, 3" full exhaust system, ported exhaust manifold, ported intake manifold, Oil pressure gage, Boost gage, strut tower bar, Hallman boost controller, K&N Air Filter

no balanced shafts and act 2600

changed the plugs and wires today it ran a lot smoother but still when i put the clutch in ir drops about 1000 rpm. Could it be the throwout bearing? My cuzin told me that if its bad it will put stress on the engine and make it do that?

idles between 1500-2000
