When i start up my car it sounds fine but when i rev the RPM's up it makes a weird high pitch sound almost like a tick.The machanic said that thats just normal but i know it isnt because it didnt do it before. can someone give like reasons this would happen so i will have a general idea what it is. I have came up with it could either be the manifold loose,the air pump going bad,or a lifter tick or to heavy weight of oil because the engine has 155k miles on it
