VPC remember settings?

Does the HKS VPC remember it's settings if you unplug it?

Yes. The settings are established by adjustment knobs in conjunction with whatever baseline chip you have installed in it. There's nothing for it to lose when you unplug it.

How do I figure out which chip it is?
The kid I bought it from didn't know what the hell he was doing, and neither do I.
It could be any chip in there. And he tuned it himself, so if it's the wrong chip (and it is, the injectors are 660's) he didn't tune around the oversized injectors.
