Vanity visor mirror replacement lights, where to buy?

The lights in my passenger vanity mirror went out. For those who aren't familiar with this, its the mirror in the visor. It has lights built in there.

They went out, I popped the covers with a flathead and the lights look like glass fuses. But obviously they aren't fuses.

I checked walmart, kragen, autozone, pepboys. No place has these things, well of course the dealership who wants about $3 each for them.

Are there any stores that have these things?

14V BLC. Now that you've spend $6 worth of gas, head back to the dealer. I doubt you'll find them anyplace else, and it's no small miracle they even have them.
Note that trying to find them by the "BLC" coding will only steer you to projector and microscope illumination bulbs. Those aren't them.
