vacuum problem ??

ok so im new to dsm but not cars.

I deleted all the emissions pluged all the vacumm lines.

ok with that said my car id boost spiking. when i get into the throttle my stock boost gauge in the car goes from 7psi all the way to 14psi in seconds and studdars and hesitates. i ran all new lines and i have a maual boost controller. My question is where does the lines off the manual boost controller go i know one goes to the waste gauge then one should go to the intake mani. but does the bottom plug go to the waste gauge or does the one comming in the end go to the waste gauge. i didnt pay attention when i took my whole motor apart and i cant turn the boost down at all. idk why my after market gauge wont get over 10 psi but my stock one says im going over 14psi?

im also running 272 cams and my idle is surging.

maybe bad coil or wires or idle control sensor... my friend says its because i dont have my fuel pressure regulator in. im running a aem fuel rail with 255 whalbro fuel pump i did have 550cc injectors but i put in the 450cc until i get my dsm link.

and ideas would help i do have new plugs so thats not a problem. It also could be the ecu its by motoguys not sure if their a worthy ecu builder

No but i would look on here lots of threads on bl testers trust me, gotta look though thats how i learned most of what i know, i did a search and walla tonnes of information.

Make one. U need a tire valve stem, a pvc pipe plug u can get at any hardware store, a coupler to connect to your turbos inlet and air pressure. Drill the cap and install the valve stem into the hole. Then put the coupler onto the plug and clamp it. Put the other end of the coupler to the turbo and clamp. Hook up air source and pressurize. Listen for leaks. Spray outside of ic pipes if rubber with soapy water solution or windex and look for bubbles. Those bubbles are air leaks. If hard pipes check near welds or at couplers for leaks. Also check the intake mani and tb for leaks too as well as the intercooler.

ok weird i was driving the car to my ouse from the shop and once the car in boost it would imediatly go to 14 psi or what ever the stock boost gauges goes to and spuddar. then i got out of the car and for some reason i turned the boost up which that's what its says on my mbc. well anyways its helped i could get in the gas more before it peak out i turn it up and it would allow me to hit the gas more before the boost would max out and spuddar. Im thinking i might have a bad waste gate ? could that cause my problem. and what should the vacuum be at on my gauge ?
