That car is a chassis with a motor and a seat. What do you consider a hot rod car? I laugh every time I see one of those tin cans try to claim it's a street car.

Edit: everyone definition of a street car is different.

Here's mine: Plates and Insurance. A lot of guys are gonna say it's not a street car but who's to say it's not? I'd say a good 80% of us wouldn't pass state smog so does that make it not a street car?
