Type S vac line problem

Ok i just got my greddy type s bov and im having a little bit of a problem. From what i've read, the top nipple should be hooked up after the Tbody to the intake manifold. Well i have a 1g manifold and it only has the brake booster line and the pcv line coming off of it with no MDP sensor line. Should i tee it in to one of those two lines since i dont have a MDP sensor or what?

My old 1g valve was connected to the the P Line coming off the T body. I tried hooking it up to that but it wouldn't open at all unless the screw was on the last thread so i figured that must be wrong.

Please help me, ive been driving without boost now for too long.

any post throttle body vac source should work, brake booster line should be ok.. im not familiar with the 1g mani but usually brake vac lines are at the manifold somewhere. if you are on the t25 or something with a pressure reference on the compressor housing hook the lower nipple up there too.. usually helps eliminate surging

Im actually on the evo III so no nipple on the comp housing. However, ive heard that you can hook it up before your mbc which i'll probably experiment with once i get it going right. If it makes things difficult or leaks boost like some have problems with, ill just leave it vented. I know its probably about 50% vented 50% teed in on this site.

I am curious as to why it doesn't open when hooked to the P line of the TB since thats where my 1g valve was hooked into. I know my 1g bov worked completely fine with that as its source.
