If Apex'i doesn't sell a turboback N1 exhaust would a Cat-back and a downpipe include the whole exhaust or is their more parts that I would need?

You would need a matching size high flow Cat. I.e. if your down pipe has a 2.5" diameter at the end and you exhaust is 2.5" diameter, you will need a 2.5" diameter high flow cat.

Cat-Back: An exhaust from the Catalytic Converters location to the end of the muffler tips.
Turbo-Back: An exhaust from the turbo (usually starting at the end of the O2 housing) all the way to the end of the muffler tips. (this eliminates the Cat).
Downpiep: Part of the exhaust which runs from the turbo (usually meaning to start at the end of the O2 housing) to the start of the Cat location.

Edit: Be mindful of your state and local laws. You may be required to have a Cat in the exhaust system if you are driving it on the streets. And if you are in Cali you will need an OBD-II certified Cat.

lots of turbo backs offer the option to remove the o2 housing also.

you don't NEED a catalytic convertor, you can put in a straight pipe if you'd like (depending on the state you live in and laws). a straight pipe would be way cheaper than buying a cat, and flow better (potential for more power).
