Turbo XS h34

I've been looking at lots of posts on this BOV. It seems like many people have problems with it. I just got a 1g gsx and I wasn't really planning on getting a new BOV since the stock one holds well but I found a really good deal on the UIC pipes and the turbo xs h34 bov. Basically any feedback on this BOV would be helpful, I just want what's best for my car, if not the turbo xs which bov would you guys recommend, if any at all, thanks.

I have had this BOV since last fall and it has worked great. You just have to install it properly. It does not leak at all. At least not when you have a couple of washers in. I find that it is sufficient enough. I mean I would like to have a HKS SSQ or something, but this is cheaper works fine. Although I have heard some people had troubles with it, I am not sure why. I haven't.

Can you not get the pipes without the BOV at all? If you could I would stick with your 1g BOV. If you could get any BOV and do not care about money, I would say the HKS SSQ with recirculation kit.

Well the guy is giving me a package deal for it and it's a really good price. The pipes come with the h34 flange because that's what he was using. Eventually I want to get a fmic so I guess it's probably not worth buying the piping and a bov that I wouldn't buy on my own if not for the deal. I guess I should just hold on and wait till I get the fmic then get a new bov then. Any thoughts?
