I'm pretty familiar now after 2 years of tuning with my SAFC and 550cc and re-wired 550lph. I do have a question about lo thr setting...550s are -18% than stock 450s, and I understood it when I was first starting out with the setup to start the tune at -10% and go from there...I've had the lo thr settings from -11% - -13% for 2 years, and my logger is telling me that my fuel trims are at 0 +/- 1 or 2. Now again, that's what is told to be the SAFE starting point...should I start out the lo thr settings at -18% and try it from there? Or since my trims are at 0 now, should I leave it alone? Thanks

Also one more quick question that I didn't find when searching...I have a fp big28 and my above fuel setup...would I be able to get anything extra from the turbo if I were to put in a 255lph pump and an AFPR?

Thanks yall

Ben

Well, Since you got your fuel trims in line all that leaning out the low throttle will do is make your fuel trims go +. Since during low throttle your ECU runs in closed loop if you lean it out your ECU will just counter act your changes and richen it up. That's what the trims are used for. I would leave it where it's at and adjust your High throttle settings to get the appropriate AFR @ WOT you are looking for.

hey appreciate the quick response. That's what I was hoping to hear. I have my high settings where they are working well with the car, just was back and forth on the lo. But yeah again the trims are at 0, so if it was already perfect, why change it? Appreciate the answer, thanks
