I have a 92 tsi, with 780 injectors, and an keydiver chip, and an SAFC1. I have been trying to tune it for awhile and I thought the problem was my hacked 1g mas. So I just went to the 2g mas. I reset the ecu and raised my fuel trims up to +30% across the low throttle trims. My low throttle trigger is set at 30%. The low throttle trim stayed at 100% the whole time I took a 5 minute drive, then when I stopped it dropped to 81.2% and stayed there forever. So then I reset the ecu again and made some adjustments on the afc, and after about 10 minutes of slow driving the low throttle trim bounced around but stayed within 5% or 100%. My low fuel trims were set at +19% accross the board. It stayed in that range until I parked the car and let it turbo time, within about 10 seconds the fuel trim dropped to 81.2 again. So should I set the fuel trim for 1000rpm alot lower to keep it from dropping. Im just afraid to lean it out to far on idle. Thanks, Kevin

You need to lean it out more to bring it back up to 100% or the computer will always fight to get it back there. Hence the 81%, the computer is trying to get you back to it's 100%. Worst case scenario you go too lean and the computer adds some fuel and you now have readings of 100+%......do you see what I mean?
