has any one ever trimmed the entire fog light piece out of a 97-99 bumper? Ever seen it done, have pics, would it increase cooling?

Just looking at a 2g bumper and I thought it might look good.

It dosen't look bad. After market non-mitsubishi bumpers don't come with the fog lite bezels, but I don't know about the whole cooling thing. Check them out on Ebay.

do you mean like drift and blitz bumpers or a stocker knock off without the bezel? Link?

Stock-knock off. Do a search on here there is whole bunch of pages talking about the ones from ebay. Search for EBAY 2GB FRONT BUMPER I think there are picks of them too.
