While re-installing my trans roll stops I noticed that the bolts that go through the mounts do not match up. Obviously I'm using the wrong bolt but I cant seem to locate the right one. I even ordered both the front and rear roll stop mount bolts and they don't fit either. Here's a pic.

I noticed the same thing with mine. The front transmission braket holes are smaller in a diameter than a diameter of a roll stop pin. I guess once the bolt and a nut are torqued, the roll stop gets secured tight enough between two plates of the transmission mount. My new set of billet aluminum mounts has a roll stop with the same larger diameter pin. Not sure what purpose a larger diameter roll stop pin serves. I was thinking about inserting a sleeve to make a tight fit.

Wow.. A reply! Yea I thought about that too. But if you'll look closely you will notice that the threads are larger in diameter than the shaft of the bolt. So the sleeve would have to be split and placed on the shaft post threads and then slid into the mount. The only problem with that is the holes in the trans mount will not allow for the larger diameter sleeve that we can make. I may use a bolt that is large enough to fill the bushing sleeve and drill out the holes in the mount to match. I will post pics when I do.

well the center sleeve i use on my mounts are a super snug fit and its not split i'm sure you could fide a place ot make you a sleeve out of aluminum for a few bucks the center you could use a 10mm drill bit and the out side would need to be .625" and it would fill that void in there, and if you start with a piece of 5/8 aluminum bar all you have to do is cut it to length and drill a hole. i could make one and ship it for $20

I really appreciate the offer but I work at an industrial manufacturing plant. I should be able to manage. Thanks for the specs man. :)

I took the easy route and used a 5/8" bolt after I drilled out the holes on the trans mount.
