Ok I got the setting for the AE86. Im advanced in the game so I might have parts you guys might not have yet. Anyways, this is not the perfect setting but it works pretty well for me. When I hit small corners I use just the e-brake, but when I hit hard corners i use both E-brake and the normal brakes. I guess you just have to practice and get use to the car. For now this is all I can come up with.

Oh yeah, I could also turbo the AE86 but that made the car too fast and un control able. I say keep the power down for drifting. If you make too much power in the car it will be harder to control during the drift. Well I'm no expert but thats what I have found out. Anyways heres the setting.

Just picked up this game and it's hard as hell LOL. I'm sure once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. I can't get the drifting down very well.

I just played the game normally. And after beating people I was able to buy it. Maybe they dont have it on the US version. Since I have the Japanese version... I dont know, but theres a eclipse in there.

I have this game and don't even play it, since I played Kaido Battle 2 and I have Kaido Battle 3 (these will come out as txrd 2 and 3). Kaido Battle 3 is so much better but I have played txrd and drifting is not that hard. The way I had my cars set was so that I did not have to use the E-Brake. What I did was had the setting so that all I had to do was brake before the corner and downshift and counter steer and it will start to drift and it drift the corner very nice. Its pretty much trial and error with the setting get it till you like it. Also tires make a huge difference. Im currently using an FC RX-7 in Kaido Battle 3. (Trying to get the 2gb eclipse in the game)

I will put it this way, the game is an actual representation of how it is to drift. none of that ebrake crap. Its about tuning your car and modifying your suspension correctly as well as the braking and such. The fact that you have to really toe heal in the game, as well as the braking points and the way you have to pump the gas is life like. I think this is the best simulation to drifting there is. Anyone who knows how to drift has agreed with me.

Yes it is hard, but so is drifting in real life.

I just got the game and its not to bad. I love the opening video. Drifting is really hard in this game, but like with everything else "everything is difficult before it is easy" so I'm not to worried that I suck.:D
