It's missing some features, like smudge, that are really useful, but otherwise it isn't half bad. I mostly use it to resize my photos for on here. It doesn't give you the grainy look like MSPaint.
Edit: Nevermind, you can download a plugin for smudge now too. Just came out last week.

I added an "R" to the spoiler... still cant figure out how Defiant uses the GIMPshop program cause I still dont fully get it, maybe someday
