Time Set on Turbo Timer and EGT

I did do a search on this a while ago, and didn't find too much...so here are my questions.

1) What is a good time to set for the turbo timer? (or what do you have it set to--and why)

2) Is there a certain EGT that should be reached before turning the car off? (EGT probe tapped into the manifold)

I did a search for "turbo timer"....and saw very few info on this....kind-of surprised me...

i have mine set on 30 and then whatever the timer adds from the o2 sensor or whatever it reads...
i dont knwo about egt
