Tial 40mm Wastegate, how do I know the spring presure?

No not from the factory. Unbolt the wastegate from the flange, and there will be a ring type gasket there that sits recessed into the wastegate. It is something that you have to put on when installing. Very simple to check. Just the 4 flange to wastegate bolts. That ring should sit flush.

R U sure the exhaust you hear leaking out at idle is coming from the wastegate? It could just be an exhaust leak at your downpipe. Check that before you pull too many of your hairs out.

yes i put my hand right there and its definitely blowing air right out the o2 dump tube.. I think it has something to do with the amount of vacuum the car is see'ing at idle like you said before becuase once the amount of vacuum decreases as the car accelerates a little bit it almost stops doing it.
