I am officially broke. I have about $20 to my name. The last thing I bought were brembo calipers off an Evo 8. No more modding from this point on. I need to recuperate my losses. Time to go job hunting. With that said, I'll compile my list now on what's planned for next year.

1. ETS race FMIC
2. Evo Brembos w/ SS lines and rotors
3. Tokico Illuminas with H&R OE Sports or Ground Control coilovers
4. CF hood
5. Motegi 17" SP10s in hyperblack w/ Kumho Ecstas
6. DSMLink V3? w/ either GM maf blowthru or speed density
7. JM Fab SMIM
8. AT to MT swap

That's it for now. Hopefully everyone will have a good Fall and Winter. :thumb:

HEYYYYY! I'm right there with you - but payday for me is tomorrowwwwww!

Not for nothin - thats a big time $$ list, you better get a GOOD job, and literally go from school to work and back.

1300 for ETS FMIC and DSMLink and thats being generous...good luck. Then a SMIM...what TB do you plan to go to?

Hell, if you ask me, I remember a while back you posting that you scored up a 6bolt somewhere. If I was you I'd focus on that, and the MT swap. Score up a FMIC, and before next season drop it all in, get it tuned up right.

You have a nice looking 2g, don't have to fumble with it too much exterior wise, it looks good.

PM me though, I can def help out with #6 :thumb:

here i'll help you save some money... don't waste your money on those tires... i sell tires and they my friend don't last long at all... and don't grip well... Look at some Toyo Proxies 4's or something like that..

I had a job over the summer but then that was finished. I might work at a fancy restaurant. I really hate the food industry but it's good money. I have V2 so it shouldn't be that expensive. It's just an upgrade. I'm waiting till ETS haves another sale this winter. I might just use a ported 1g TB. I hear Kumhos are really nice. Don't autocrossers use them?

Goodluck. I work at sears and we see a lot of people who walk out with the ecsta asx. Some of them swear up and down on them, others try them and come back shorter than they should and cry about how bad they are.
Have a fun winter!

i got some falken tires that look like slicks, those are great, except for new england weather

Dude, tell me about it. I had a summer job, too, and I spent ALL the money I made on my car. Which, just two weeks ago, decided to blow on me. Now, I am unemployed and I'm out 5 grand. But I'm in debt for a 2.4l 6 bolt, so I'm not bumming out too bad. Good luck, and thanks for all the advice you have given me on all my posts!

Haha man, dsm's always making ya spend all your money! Good luck with job hunting.

If your car's not broke you are... Best of luck man.

Secretly inside, I don't want them to have one. I can't afford it without sending myself into debt. Job hunting isn't going too well either. I found some at he airport but you know how it is with them. Takes like 3 months just to do a background check.

Understandable. Well, if you aren't hellbent on ETS, my FMIC and Short route piping setup for GM MAS is coming off very very soon. I'd rather sell it cheap to a buddy then put it on tuners/dsmsource and get low balls thrown @ me from left right and above.

There's nowhere where you can deliver pizza or wait on tables? Tips will def pay bills...a female friend of mine works @ friendly's...brings home 800+ per wknd...

I really, really, really hate dealing with food. And people. Mostly people. And I refuse to deliver food in the DSM. Plus it wouldn't be worth it. Gas is still expensive. If I really have no choice I guess I'll ask the Peter Luger steakhouse...btw where were you this weekend??? I thought you would come up for the meet!

I had an NBDL tryout. I was supposed to have left for Europe about an eon ago, but it didnt workout as planned. Now Im making some moves to get in the DL, and go from there.

I'm about to order my new FMIC soon, I told you I already have my wastegate and o2 housing right?

All thats left is a turbo, rebuild, and BEP housing, oh and the super expensive oil return line LOL

No you didn't tell me you had a new wg and housing. What turbo are you going with? Holset?Make sure to port the BEP housing.

Great thinking on the SP10's! I was a little skeptical, until I put them on my car and fell in love. Btw, I bought Sumitomo HTR Z III's for 85 apiece, and have never lost traction with them once. Since money counts, I thought you might like to know.
