Tein SS Ride Height

I have a simple question for those who have Tein SS/SS-P coilovers or just know their stuff. I read on their site the the Drop for the front of the 2G GSX is 1.7"-3.2" Is that information correct and the min drop is 1.7"? I'm not too sure if I want to lower the front that low. I currently only want to drop it a little over an inch. I thought with coilovers you can still retain stock height. Or am I reading the information wrong?

Well from what I understand of the info, that Ive read about the SS-P coilovers, is that they are 16 way adj. They adj. anywhere from stock to -3.2".
