How would I install these coilovers with the stock pillow mounts? The rubber has a grove for a stock spring which is round shaped, the tein spring is flat at the top. Can someone please help?

Thanks but the instructions don't solve my problem. Has anyone installed these tein SS coilovers on the 2gs?

You can't. You need to get a flat isolator for a 2.5" ID spring, which are available from lots of places, including Ground Control. You don't use the stock isolator (which is for a non-flattened spring); you must use a flat isolator.

ps. don't use the word "pillow" when talking about shock or spring mounts unless you mean "pillow-ball"; you will confuse people

pps. spring isolators can be rubber or something stiffer and more durable; those from Ground Control are pretty good, but if you can get some from Tein, that might be better, faster, and more likely to fit
