I searched and couldnt find the answer so I changed my Camshaft Position Sensor and it still does not run... I read in a repair manual that the engine must be at TDC to replace the sensor, Is this true?
 
Make sure when installing the CAS it is aligned. There is a marking on the one side of the pin. Be sure to check timing in general on the cams and crank to see if everything is in time on that side.
