I think it means Trouble Code Light.

its in the middle of the gauges and its the traction control light,, but why would it randomly just come on? all i thought was T C L..... Transmission Coming Loose!!!

Traction control is related to ABS. Maybe there's a connection there that will point toward a wheel speed sensor or something. Really need to have the codes retrieved from the dealer in order to get a better idea. If it's a 2000, you may still have some warranty left on it.
