Talon electric locks / window question!!!!

Ok guys I have a friend who has two 1995 eagle talons one with power windows the other manual. He switched the doors out and can't figure out why the window won't work on the 2nd talon. He says the 2nd talon had power locks before he switched the doors out and the locks don't work either now. Any input is greatly appreciated.

did you put the relay and fuse in i have to. my car was all manual and i had to. but mine a 92 so in may be different
