talon bumper/ eclipse headlights

Hey guys, I'm new here so give me some slack on not having a profile yet. I have a 95 talon and want to put on a 97-98 talon front bumper and 97-99 eclipse black headlights. someone told me that there would be a gap between the headlight and the bumper, I can live with a little gap but wanted to know how bad it would be.
Also, is it pretty easy to swap side skirts? On my old mustang I couldn't cause the clips that held them on couldn't be replaced when taken off.
