T3/T4 Suggestion for 2.4L...

Full garrett. Big turbine housing. You would poop yourself if you could see how fast a 60-1 stage 3 in an .82 AR housing spools on a 2.4. A friend recently finished a 2.3 with this setup and it is rediculous.

too bad Mike hasnt chimed in yet...

the reason it is called a G(arrett)60-1 is because it has a "Garrett" turbine housing. It is almost the same as the new PTE turbos.

Let's get this straight.

M Series = Mitsu turbine wheel and housing, Garrett compressor wheel and Mitsu compressor housing. Conventional bushing center section

G Series = Garrett turbine wheel, mitsu turbine housing, Garrett compressor wheel and garrett compressor housing. Conventional bushing center section

GT Series = Garrett GT turbine, Mitsu turbine housing, Garrett GT compressor and Garrett compressor housing. Ball bearing center section

Let me ditto that. It is sick. Couple it with a SM intake manifold and a standalone and you have a VERY scary car to drive. Even at 20lbs on pump gas.
 
I am not one to support the Hahn racecraft "super" turbos... however if you are looking for a mitsu bolton turbo for a 2.4 their super 25G looks like the ticket.... not that I could understand why anyone would not go full garrett.
