Just wanted to know what are some mods what t3/t4 drives have done in motor perofrmance

You should have (depending on trim of the turbo):

-FMIC w/ piping
-Full 3" exhaust
-Upgraded Injectors
-Fuel Control
-Upgraded Fuel Pump
-AFPR
-Logging Device
-Gauges
-Upgraded Clutch
-Crushed 1g BOV/upgrade BOV for 18+ psi
-Hard Intake Pipe and Filter

Internal Engine Mods are only needed if you really want to push it (500+ hp). A lot of people will add cams for more HP and ARP head bolts for increased safety without having to pull the head.
