what's up guys. Yesterday I installed my FPT28 and ported manifold. Everything went great during the installation. Didn't run into any problems, liquid wrench was my friend :thumb: Anywhoo I get everything on replace all new gaskets EXCEPT for the manifold to the turbo itself. I know i should have waited but NAPA said it would be in a few days, i couldnt wait so i made my own. But i dont think thats my problem now. Now i have a steady oil leak comming from where i'd like to say below the manifold 14mm stud closest to the passenger side. IS this possibly cracked head gasket or maybe i over tightend. well I got up this morning and looked underneath and oil was all over my transfer case. Im pretty sure i need a new tranny considering my car has 120k miles. Is this a sign? All my oil/return lines are connected no leaks that i can see. Oh and my thermostat got stuck after start up yesterday, now im running w/out. Its recirculating fine, just have to let it warm up. Ugghhh DSMs gotta love em' gotta hate em'. : :| thumb:

I had the same wierd problem after my fpbig28 install (same general place) also but the oil leaked stopped.... check everywhere. Been very dry underneath my car...thought it was my head gasket but nope...

EDIT: wasn't to steady of a leak...only for about a couple of days. Check my oil all the time and always fine.
