Well today i am putting on a manuel boost controller and I was just wondering if I am facing any risks. Is the base fuel system able to support any thing the t25 can throw at it, or should i be cautious of running into lean conditions?

Also what if i was to do a fuel pump rewire, would I be fine then safe, or can the base system handle the t25.

My plan was to tune it to whatever setting felt the fastest assuming the turbo wouldn't over run the fuel, thanks for your advice.

My car was fine with 16psi of boost and a 190lph fuel pump. On the logger it didn't pull any timing and O2's were right aroun .96 volts. But every car is different.

Failed to mention I dont have exhaust yet, will egt's be okay at 14- 16 psi? What is base psi set at, or with bcs restrictor removed?

I was running 20 psi with no knock before. Not sure how the fuel was, but the boost drops of before redline when you really need the fuel. If your sticking with the t25 I don't see why you would have to rewire the pump. It comes with a bigger pump then what's in the 1Gs....

Stock Pump with the T-25 spiking to 18 and dropping to 16 then on down.

I'm leaning it out 5% up top with the S-AFC and I could probably take some more out.

The stock fuel system can easily handle the T-25...

The stock fuel system will handle anything that the t25 will dish out, but, the max boost i would run is 14-15lbs. They can do 15 and more but there not efficient past 15lbs. You wouldnt notice a difference between 14lbs and 18lbs. It actually might feel better on 14 or 15lbs than it would on 18+ :talon:

Wait, does any one want to comment on the egt's, I know the t25 doesn't flow a whole lot but will it cause accessive egt's? Need to know since I dont have an egt guage yet, thanks...
