T-25 is a garrett turbo.?

I was just wondering if every stock t-25 is made by garrett. Mine says garrett right on it so i was curious if maybe it was upgraded and the guy i bought the car from didnt tell me.?

Garret turbos start with T, like T3,T4, and yes T25. Mistsubishi turbos are 16G,18G,20G and 14B. There are of course others, those are just examples.
