Will the Sylvania h3 st foglights work? They say 68 watt max.

As replacement bulbs? Yes. The 68W max just means how much one of their 55W bulbs might pull.

Sylvania bulbs of this sort are made by Osram, one of the best. Philips and Bosch are also top-shelf. H3s can be had up to 130W.

i just put sylvania silverstar h3 foglights in my car today.. much brighter
now i have all silverstars... rather pricy though
