My car is stuttering at 10 psi... I will be driving and once the boost hits 10 psi it stutters and wont go above 10... The turbo is in emaculate shape, spins freely with hardly any if any shaft play. Is it a possible fuel problem. Could it be fuel problem? Boost leak? ANY answers is great... Thanks in advance

Probably plugs and/or wires, I have seen this a bunch of times and it has always been cleard up by putting a set of quality wires (OEM) and new plugs.

It really sounds ignition related to me. Do you have another set of coils you could try? You could try spraying some water from spray bottle onto the wires and coils and see if it makes it worse. If you do it in the shade you may be able to see arcing from the wires or coils. I run a little less gap on mine, I think around .025" but it really shouldn't matter that much.

My plugs are .030... Do ya think that maybe i am blowing out the spark cause the gap is to big?? Its possible right?? Also i bought wires from Pep boys... I asked for stock wires for my car, when i changed them out they were slightly longer than the stock ones... Also when i changed the plugs i noticed that my BOV was popping out of the stock intake pipe. I took care of that and went for a ride, and that seemed to help because before that i couldnt get up that high in boost, and when i fixed that i was able to hit 10 psi... Any more help would be awesome... Thanks

Honestly I have little faith in Pep Boys wires. Try spraying them down like I said and then rev it up in neutral to see if it happens then. I strongly recommend you go with a set of OEM wires.

I doubt it's the plugs and wires if you say you replaced them.. I'm having the same exact problem with my setup except the sputtering happens at 15 psi or more and around 4k. Just when the turbo is spooling. I'm really hoping that this saturday when I do a couple logs I'll be able to lean it out a bit and that might solve the problem. If not then I have to make a gizmo to do a leak test with. ::sigh::
