1G Stutter?

Hey guys, so iv been having a stutter for a while and i can't pin point whats causing it. For Example my log will show me at 4600 rpms then jump to 7000 then back to 4600 and i know i didn't go to 7000 rpms.. But this also causes me to see knock

Iv swapped out/ replaced the following:
coil pack
power transistor
plugs (bpr7es Gapped to .028)
plug wires (NGK 7mm)
Boost leak tested (held to 28 psi)

What I'm running:
Evo MAF
1250cc FIC injectors Low
340 aero pump (rewired)
AFPR (43psi)
14B (12psi)

any ideas would be awesome thanks :)
