Most of the aftermarket cams will mark them on the ends, so where the cam sensor is on the exhaust cam.

Those look stock to me though especially with the as cast finish between the lobes. Generally the aftermarket cams are turned there and have a nicer finish. At least the ones that I have had for my 420a.

Before I changed to my Crower Stage 2 Race Cam's Intake: 248 / Exhaust: 248, My Stock cams were Intake: 214 / Exhaust: 179 and were stamped like yours, the Aftermarket Crower's are stamped with MJ

It's odd that they wouldn't use the same cams in all the 420a Eclipses.
The crane 12 cams which are getting harder to find are 246 on both intake and exhaust. The crower 2 cams are 241, and Brian crowers stage 2 are 268. Crower cams keep a low duration but have the largest lift. The stock exhaust duration is 220 or something like that. I don’t see any info on anything with a 233

These are the markings that @dsmcrzy was talking about:

My Crower stage 2's are 248/248 and I love them perfect for street use, tuned right these give decent power for 420a Right now I have mine tuned for high top-end power (power is felt around 3500rpm and really felt at 5000rpm) gives that great boggy lope but I'm going to put more bottom power to even it out but it takes the hard bog away I like so much. but will gain better get-up
